Empower Suite / QLM & MyESGPlanet Application (RGBSI Applications)
RGBSI SaaS applications are hosted on the cloud with URL https://<>. empowerqlm.com and/or https://<>.myesgplanet.com (“application”). This page informs you of application’s policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information received from users of the application. By using the application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
RGBSI Application lays a very strong emphasis on always protecting application users’ private and personal data. We collect very limited information that is needed to create user credentials for our customer users of this application and do not sell or use this data for any third-party marketing.
RGBSI complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. RGBSI has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. RGBSI is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
What Information We Collect and How We Use It
While using the application, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email, and phone number.
We collect information that you provide to us directly, including contact information such as first name, last name, email address, job title, and company name, as well as other information that could be on your business card (such as your company address and phone number) when you or the application administrator register you as one of the authorized users for specific roles in the application, including that of a supplier user or if you are a customer user.
We use the information you provide only to deliver our application functionality, products, and services that you subscribed to or requested, or to get in touch with you about a demo/trial. We also use it to support our marketing efforts, including contacting you to provide additional information on our products and services. For customers, we use it to set up your customer account.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit our website (such as your device’s IP address, what pages your device visited) or when you use our services (usage information, log information, and information collected by cookies and other similar technologies). We use the information we collect automatically to administer our application/website usage patterns and analyse internally to create a better application usage experience.
Where Do We Use Your Information?
We do not rent or sell information for monetary consideration or for free to any third party or any affiliate marketing/newsletters, etc. However, we may share and disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- With vendors who perform tasks on our behalf (these companies include, for example, website analytics companies (e.g., Google Analytics), product feedback or help desk software providers (e.g., Zendesk), CRM service providers (e.g., Salesforce), and email service providers (e.g., Sendgrid)) to provide support globally or for purposes consistent with our privacy notice.
- In the context of a business transfer.
- Where required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
RGBSI remains liable under the DPF Principles if its agent processes personal data in a manner inconsistent with the principles, unless RGBSI proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage
Limited Exposure to Private Data and Data Encryption
Our application has very limited exposure to private data. The minimal data we do collect is encrypted to ensure its security. We follow industry standards and best practices to safeguard your personal information.
Communications
Empower Suite / QLM / My ESGPlanet may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, application updates, application-specific functional alerts/notifications, marketing or promotional materials, and other information.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Like many sites, Empower QLM / MyESGPlanet may use “cookies” to collect information that is mandatory to run the applications. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to fully use some portions of the application.
What Rights You Have
You can always choose not to disclose information to us, but it may impact your navigation or use of our products and services. All data subjects, including those located in the EU, have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Those rights include:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to rectify inaccurate data.
- The right to erasure (Right to be forgotten) if you want all your personal data deleted from our systems.
- The right to restriction of processing if you want us to stop processing your personal data.
- The right to withdraw consent when you have provided it to us to authorize the processing of your personal data.
You can exercise these rights by filling out the support form directly on the application or sending an email stating your request to [email protected] .
Additionally, data subjects who are California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These rights include the right to request access to your personal information we hold about you, which includes the right to request specific pieces of personal information; the rights to deletion of your personal information from our systems; and the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information, if any.
Your Privacy Choices (EU-U.S. DPF “Choice” Principle)
- Opt-out of disclosure to non-agent third parties – Tell us not to pass your personal data to an outside company that will use it for its own purposes.
- Opt-out of new or materially different uses – Tell us not to use your data for a purpose that differs from the one for which it was collected.
Sensitive data – We will share or use sensitive personal data only if you opt-in first.
How to exercise these choices:
Email [email protected] (or use the in-app Privacy Preferences link) with your request. There is no fee, and we will acknowledge within 10 days and complete your request within 45 days where legally required.
You still retain all other rights granted under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws (access, correction, deletion, restriction, etc.).
Security
We use appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Some of those measures include limiting which of our employees have access to the information on a need-to-know basis or to provide you with our products and services, subjecting our employees to privacy and security training, confidentiality requirements, and conducting security testing on a regular basis. The security of your Personal Information is important, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While RGBSI applications strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
RGBSI reserves the right to update or change its Privacy Policy at any time, and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the applications post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If a privacy complaint or dispute relating to Personal Data received by Rapid Global Business Solutions Inc. in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework (or any of its predecessors) cannot be resolved through our internal processes, we have agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Data Privacy Framework Dispute Resolution Procedure. Subject to the terms of the VeraSafe Data Privacy Framework Dispute Resolution Procedure, VeraSafe will provide appropriate recourse free of charge to you. Binding Arbitration
If your dispute or complaint related to your Personal Data that we received in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework cannot be resolved by us, nor through the dispute resolution mechanism mentioned above, you may have the right to require that we enter into binding arbitration with you under the Data Privacy Framework “Recourse, Enforcement and Liability” Principle and Annex I of the Data Privacy Framework.
