Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to Rapid Global Business Solutions, Inc. (“RGBSI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and covers two distinct contexts:
Part 1 applies to visitors of our public-facing websites at www.rgbsi.com, blog.rgbsi.com, and go.rgbsi.com.
Part 2 applies to users of our SaaS applications including Empower QLM (empowerqlm.com) and MyESGPlanet (myesgplanet.com).

PART 1: WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE

1.Who We Are
Rapid Global Business Solutions, Inc. is an engineering services and workforce management company headquartered in Troy, Michigan. We operate websites at www.rgbsi.com (our primary marketing website), blog.rgbsi.com (our content and insights platform), and go.rgbsi.com (our campaign and landing page domain). These websites are informational and marketing resources aimed at business professionals and prospective clients.
2. Information We Collect
2a. Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you complete contact or inquiry forms, subscribe to our blog or newsletter, apply for employment, or request a service consultation. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title.
2b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our websites, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies deployed by RGBSI and our service providers. This automatic collection occurs when you load a page on our websites.
Information collected automatically may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device type, pages visited on our websites, time spent on each page, referring URL, date and time of your visit, and session interaction data.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health, financial, or biometric data through automatic tracking on our websites.
2c. Tracking Technologies in Use
The following specific technologies are deployed on our websites:
HubSpot, Inc. — We use HubSpot’s marketing platform for website analytics, content performance measurement, and CRM contact attribution. HubSpot sets first-party cookies including hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, and __hssrc. These cookies collect anonymized browsing data that is stored exclusively in RGBSI’s HubSpot account. This data is not shared with third-party advertising networks and does not leave RGBSI’s account. You may opt out of HubSpot tracking at legal.hubspot.com/cookie-policy.
Google Analytics — We may use Google Analytics to collect anonymized website traffic statistics including page views, session counts, and approximate geographic location derived from IP address. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Strictly Necessary Cookies — Session management and preference cookies required for the website to function, including the cookie that stores your consent preferences. These cannot be disabled.
Google reCAPTCHA — Used on contact forms to prevent spam submissions. Collects mouse movement and interaction patterns for bot detection purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected through our websites to respond to your inquiries and provide requested information, analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve our content and site performance, support our marketing efforts including understanding which campaigns drive visitors to our site, operate and maintain website functionality including form processing and spam prevention, comply with legal obligations, and detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf, including HubSpot Inc. for marketing analytics and CRM services, Google LLC for spam prevention via reCAPTCHA for analytics and spam prevention, and email service providers for communications. These providers receive data as part of delivering services to RGBSI and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
We may also share information with professional advisors including attorneys and accountants where necessary, with regulatory authorities and law enforcement where required by law, and with successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Your Cookie Choices and Consent
5a. Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit our websites, a cookie consent banner will appear. You may choose to Accept All cookies, Decline Non-Essential cookies, or customize your preferences by cookie category. The categories available are:
Strictly Necessary — Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.
Analytics and Performance — Helps us understand how visitors use our site using anonymized data. Provider: HubSpot, Inc.
Marketing Analytics — Used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and track how visitors arrive at our site. Provider: HubSpot, Inc.
Functionality — Enables enhanced features and remembers your preferences.
No analytics or marketing cookies will be set on your browser until you click Accept. If you click Decline, only a single strictly necessary cookie will be stored to remember your preference.
5b. Changing Your Preferences
You may update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page on our websites. Your preferences are stored for 180 days and can be updated at any time.
5c. Global Privacy Control
Our websites recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or browser extension sends a GPC signal indicating you do not wish to be tracked, our websites will automatically decline all non-essential cookies on your behalf without requiring you to interact with the consent banner. This automatic opt-out satisfies the requirements of the California Privacy Rights Act.

6. California Resident Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants you the following rights with respect to personal information we have collected about you through our websites.
Right to Know — You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, our business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.
Right to Delete — You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions such as information needed to comply with legal obligations.
Right to Correct — You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sharing — We do not sell personal information. However, certain uses of analytics and marketing cookies may constitute sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. You have the right to opt out of such sharing at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in our website footer, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by submitting a request at our Data Privacy Request page.
Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights.
How to Submit a Request — To submit a data rights request, visit our Data Privacy Request page on our website, or contact us directly at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and fulfill it within 45 calendar days, with one 45-day extension permitted where required by law. We may need to verify your identity before processing deletion or export requests.
7. Data Retention
Analytics data collected through website tracking is retained for 26 months. Contact information submitted through website forms is retained for the duration of any business relationship plus applicable legal hold periods. Cookie consent records are retained for a minimum of 3 years as compliance documentation.
8. Security
Our websites use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites including LinkedIn, partner portals, and job listing platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our websites are not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at [email protected] immediately.

PART 2: APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY

Empower Suite / QLM & MyESGPlanet Application
RGBSI SaaS applications are hosted on the cloud with URL https://[subdomain].empowerqlm.com and/or https://[subdomain].myesgplanet.com (“application”). This page informs you of the application’s policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information received from users of the application. By using the application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
RGBSI Application lays a very strong emphasis on always protecting application users’ private and personal data. We collect very limited information that is needed to create user credentials for our customer users of this application and do not sell or use this data for any third-party marketing.
EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
RGBSI complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. RGBSI has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. RGBSI is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
What Information We Collect and How We Use It
While using the application, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to your name, email, and phone number.
We collect information that you provide to us directly, including contact information such as first name, last name, email address, job title, and company name, as well as other information that could be on your business card such as your company address and phone number, when you or the application administrator register you as one of the authorized users for specific roles in the application including that of a supplier user or customer user.
We use the information you provide only to deliver our application functionality, products, and services that you subscribed to or requested, or to get in touch with you about a demo or trial. We also use it to support our marketing efforts including contacting you to provide additional information on our products and services. For customers, we use it to set up your customer account.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit our website such as your device’s IP address and what pages your device visited, or when you use our services such as usage information, log information, and information collected by cookies and other similar technologies. We use the information we collect automatically to administer our application and website usage patterns and analyze internally to create a better application usage experience.
Where Do We Use Your Information
We do not rent or sell information for monetary consideration or for free to any third party or any affiliate marketing or newsletters. However, we may share and disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances: with vendors who perform tasks on our behalf including product feedback or help desk software providers such as Zendesk, CRM service providers such as HubSpot, and email service providers such as Sendgrid, to provide support globally or for purposes consistent with our privacy notice; in the context of a business transfer; and where required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
RGBSI remains liable under the DPF Principles if its agent processes personal data in a manner inconsistent with the principles, unless RGBSI proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Limited Exposure to Private Data and Data Encryption
Our application has very limited exposure to private data. The minimal data we do collect is encrypted to ensure its security. We follow industry standards and best practices to safeguard your personal information.
Communications
Empower Suite / QLM / MyESGPlanet may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, application updates, application-specific functional alerts and notifications, marketing or promotional materials, and other information.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Like many sites, Empower QLM and MyESGPlanet may use cookies to collect information that is mandatory to run the applications. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to fully use some portions of the application.
What Rights You Have
You can always choose not to disclose information to us but it may impact your navigation or use of our products and services. All data subjects including those located in the EU have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Those rights include the right to access the personal data we hold about you, the right to rectify inaccurate data, the right to erasure (Right to be forgotten) if you want all your personal data deleted from our systems, the right to restriction of processing if you want us to stop processing your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent when you have provided it to us to authorize the processing of your personal data.
You can exercise these rights by filling out the support form directly on the application or sending an email stating your request to [email protected].
Additionally, data subjects who are California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These rights include the right to request access to your personal information we hold about you including the right to request specific pieces of personal information, the right to deletion of your personal information from our systems, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information if any.
Your Privacy Choices — EU-U.S. DPF Choice Principle
Opt-out of disclosure to non-agent third parties — Tell us not to pass your personal data to an outside company that will use it for its own purposes.
Opt-out of new or materially different uses — Tell us not to use your data for a purpose that differs from the one for which it was collected.
Sensitive data — We will share or use sensitive personal data only if you opt in first.
To exercise these choices, email [email protected] or use the in-app Privacy Preferences link with your request. There is no fee and we will acknowledge within 10 days and complete your request within 45 days where legally required. You still retain all other rights granted under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws including access, correction, deletion, and restriction.
Security
We use appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Some of those measures include limiting which of our employees have access to the information on a need-to-know basis, subjecting our employees to privacy and security training and confidentiality requirements, and conducting security testing on a regular basis. The security of your Personal Information is important but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While RGBSI strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
RGBSI reserves the right to update or change its Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the applications following any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
If a privacy complaint or dispute relating to Personal Data received by Rapid Global Business Solutions Inc. in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework cannot be resolved through our internal processes, we have agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Data Privacy Framework Dispute Resolution Procedure. Subject to the terms of the VeraSafe procedure, VeraSafe will provide appropriate recourse free of charge to you. To file a complaint, please submit the required information at https://www.verasafe.com/privacy-services/dispute-resolution/submit-dispute.
Binding Arbitration
If your dispute or complaint related to your Personal Data received in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework cannot be resolved by us or through the dispute resolution mechanism above, you may have the right to require that we enter into binding arbitration with you under the Data Privacy Framework Recourse, Enforcement and Liability Principle and Annex I of the Data Privacy Framework.
