How It Works

Sourcing and Recruiting

Vendors source and recruit from various channels, including job boards and networking. When candidates are identified, vendors screen and assess to ensure proper fit.

Submit to Vendor Manager

Vendors submit candidates to the vendor manager, RGBSI. RGBSI facilitates submittal process and forwards candidates to the hiring manager at the client.

Interviewing and Selection

Hiring managers at the client interview and select a candidate. RGBSI communicates with the proper vendors to set up interview schedules and begin the onboarding process.
