- Established RGBSI GmbH near Düsseldorf Germany. This branch will server as our center for our European operations. We will be serving our existing clients in Germany, France, UK, Italy and Switzerland.
- Established RGBSI China in Shanghai, and started operations in China.

- Launched Acculogix Software Solutions India Pvt. Limited, as a premier provider of software solutions and IT staffing services.
- Launch of Global Engineering Exports Corporation (GEEC) in India. GEEC provides engineering components for the Automotive, Heavy-duty, Aerospace, and other industries sourced from India.

- RGBSI USA Attains ISO 9001:2000 certification. Certified by DNV.
- RGBSI India Pvt. Ltd. Attains ISO 9001:2000 certification. Certified by BVQI.
- RGBSI Ranked amongst top 5 Engineering and FEA Supplier to Delphi Automotive.
Year: 2003
- Launched RGBS India Pvt. Limited.
- Established state-of-the-art Global Technical Center in Bangalore India, providing Product Design & Development, Engineering Design Services, IT development and support services to our global Clients.
- Started Canadian Operations from New market, Ontario, Canada.
- RGBSI Ranked Number ONE Engineering and FEA Supplier to FORD Motor Company for the quarter ending September 2003.

- Incorporated Acculogix Corporation, in Michigan, USA. Acculogix Corp provides software development and IT services
- Incorporated QRD Corporation, in Michigan, USA. Quality, Reliability and Durability Corp is an engineering and management firm developing and providing integrated solutions to Quality, Reliability and Durability needs of Automotive and Engineering Corporations.
- Certified as a minority-owned business, by the Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC).

- RGBSI USA is incorporated on March 17, 1997. First customer is Ford Motor Company, for providing high end consulting services.
